ITINERARY
Day 1: Departure to Amboseli National Park
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be received by a representative of Yulle Adventures and introduced to your tour guide/driver, who will show you to the vehicle and start the journey to Amboseli National Park. The drive will take approximately 4 hours. You will arrive in Amboseli by lunch time, check into Amboseli Sopa Lodge, have lunch and relax. You will later go for an evening game drive then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full day game drive in Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, you will start your guided game drive, where you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will also see the biggest herds of elephants in Kenya and other wild animals. This will last the whole day. You will also have your picnic lunch within the park. You should be back to the camp by evening.
Day 3: Departure to and game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park
On this day, you will leave Amboseli after breakfast and start the journey to Nakuru. This is about 7-hour drive. You will get to Nakuru in the afternoon, check in to Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge and have lunch. You will then relax and later go for a guided evening game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park.
Day 4: Morning game drive in Nakuru, Departure to Masai Mara and Maasai Village Tour
You will enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park before exiting the park and head to Masai Mara. This will be approximately 5-hour drive. On arrival, you will check into Mara Sweet Acacia Lodge, have lunch and relax. Afterwards, your guide will take you to the Maasai village where you will have a cultural tour, which includes songs, dances and being taken through the village and the Maasai way of living. You will also get a chance to buy souvenirs that are hand-made by the locals.
Day 5: Full day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, you will set off for a full day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve. During the game drive, you will see several wild animals, including the Big Five. You will also have your picnic lunch boxes packed at the lodge. The tour guide will drive you to an ideal location within the park, where you will stop and have lunch, before proceeding with the game drive for the rest of the day.
Day 6: Departure to Nairobi
This is your last day in Kenya. You will check out of the lodge after breakfast and start the journey back to Nairobi. Your trip will end at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where your guide/driver will bid you goodbye as you wait to board your flight back home.
