ITINERARY
Day 1: Departure from Nairobi to Masai Mara
On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by your tour guide/driver after which you will start your journey to Masai Mara National Reserve. The drive will take approximately 6 hours, and you will make a stop at the Rift Valley View-Point, where you will view and take pictures of the breathtaking landscape. You will then proceed with the journey and get to Masai Mara by lunch time. On arrival, you will check in to Zebra Plains Mara Camp, have lunch, then relax. At around 16:00, you will be picked by your tour guide and head over for Maasai Village tour. At the Maasai village, you will meet Maasai men and women, who will take you through their cultural dances and practices, village tour, and a trek within the region.
Day 2: Full day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve
On this day, your tour guide will pick you from the camp right after breakfast and set off for a full day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve. During the game drive, you will see several wild animals, including the Big Five. You will also have your picnic lunch boxes packed at the camp. Your tour guide will drive you to an ideal location within the park, where you will stop and have lunch, before proceeding with the game drive for the rest of the day. The game drive should be done by evening then you exit the park as you head back to the camp.
Day 3: Departure to Serengeti National Park via Isebania Border
After breakfast, you will check out from the camp and start the drive to Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. On arrival at Isebania border, you will go through the immigration process after which you will meet your Tanzanian tour guide. You will then proceed to Serengeti National Park where you will enjoy a game drive on your way to Moyo Tented Camp in Central Serengeti. who will take over from there. You will drive through Serengeti National Park as you head to your camp for dinner and spend the night.
Day 4: Full day game drive in Sererengeti National Park
On this day, you will leave your camp after breakfast for a full day guided game drive. You will have a picnic lunch within the park and proceed with the game drive till evening when you will return to the camp for dinner.
Day 5: Departure to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
You will leave the camp after breakfast and proceed to Ngorongoro. On arrival, you will have a picnic lunch in Ngorongoro Crater. You will then proceed to have an afternoon game drive all though util evening. After the game drive, you will leave Ngorongoro and drive to Karatu. You will then check into Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Departure to Kilimanjaro International Airport
This is the last day of your trip. After breakfast, you will check out and start the drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport. On arrival, you will bid your tour guide good-bye as you wait to board your flight back home.
